EFT for Day 1, 2 & 3 - Trusting The Womb Space Can Be Healed

So often we are told that our trauma is just something that we need to learn to live with and move on from.

This is one of the worst fear-based patterns I have encountered, because not only is it total trash but it reiterates the belief that you already have that your trauma will continue to paint your future.

This is not TRUE.

Your trauma CAN be healed and you can actually live a better life than what you think is promised to you.

Something to think about before you start:

  • Where do I feel the most untrusting in my life?
  • What has stopped me from healing in the past?
  • Do I feel any resistance surfacing already?

If at any time you feel overwhelmed by what stories, memories, or feelings are coming up in your body, give yourself a rest day. It's a nice idea to support yourself throughout this program with an added practice like journaling (or anything that helps to calm and ground you, baths are an absolute winner, or getting some fresh breaths in nature always helps too).

Before you begin - Here are some sentences to rate yourself, on a scale of 1-10. (Reminder, this is just to see how strongly the energy is resonating with these sentences in your body. We don't want to shame ourselves if something resonates strongly within us. Be proud that you're doing something to shift it!)

1 = This sentence doesn't feel very true to me

10 = This sentence feels very true to me

  • I don't deserve to have healing in my life.
  • My womb spaced is ruined.
  • Trusting is too scary.

Rate yourself before & after the tapping video & see if the number has shifted. It's okay if it hasn't, it just means it might be a video you come back to multiple times to shift that belief. It's really important to try not to use your logic when getting your number.

Just write down the number that first comes to your mind. It might not make sense to you if you feel strongly about something, but it's in your energy field, waiting to be cleared!
