Payment Plans and Failed Payments Where you purchase a product or program using a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price in the agreed instalments, regardless of whether you complete, access, or continue to use the product or program. Choosing a payment plan does not reduce, alter, or waive the total amount owed. If any scheduled payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or is otherwise not received, you remain liable for the full outstanding balance.
